Mincart Glitch

When using 'c' to leave/exit a minecart underground with a close roof, sometimes the game glitches you into the blocks above, and when you break the blocks around you you can only go like 5 blocks before you get teleported back. The fix I know is to teleport to a friend/alt but that sometimes cannot happen and takes a while. Please fix this.
