Cooldown

Add cooldowns like in Java ( i understand people have said it before, but its abit more important to have it ) , without them , you cant like lunge swap, attribute swap, or even do the knockback thingy. Plus without this, people are like js full on comboing you bc they js use an auto clicker instead.
