Texture Packs / Eternus Rank

Ok listen, i know eternus rank has texture packs, but why do we have to pay js for better textures??? ok i understand the skin and cape for eternus, BUT TEXTURES??? and if you js say "oh just use the 32x pack," ITS NOT EVEN FULLY 32X like bro just make it so everyone can have a texture pack
