Make other wooden things also mine fast!

So when i want to remove a wooden thing (for example: a slab) in survival with a efficiency 4 infernium axe, it still mines very slow, as slow if mined it with your hand. I don't know if that's a bug or that i am just saying a new feature, but if it is a bug. PLEASE FIX IT!! thank you :)
