visual bug

Everything on my screen is glitching out, showing skins for other blocks when in reality, it is a completely different block. For example, on the ground i see fire, but in reality, its a smooth stone slab. I've tried fixing it by resetting my visual settings, and even logging out of my account. With this bug, i cant play the game because i cant see what is in front of me. Please fix this when you can.
