broken pressure plates and buttons

if u put a button/pressure plate on a command block and make that the command block teleports u far away, then after you get teleported the button doesnt work anymore and that is also the issue for the pressure plate, because if the pressure plate or button is activated and the player gets teleported and nobody else is near the plate/button then it will not work again because maybe no one has that chunk loaded so it doesnt work anymore. So after u get teleported its permanently pressed untill u replace it. Please fix that!
