I think it was a bug or someone got into my account. Could you improve your security? Please.

I wanted to report a bug or I don't know why, I think someone has accessed my account or some hacker because one of my servers was destroyed and it didn't have admins or anything. Currently I have one that helped me, but its security could be improved, please.
