ADD MORE HEIGHT + AI BOTS THAT CAN RESPOND IN CHAT!

So i am making the world trading center in Calvereius City And SOMETHING IS WRONG the height limit!. Make the height limit more upper like 200 blocks! And Also PLZ ADD AI BOTS THAT CAN CHAT AND RESPOND SO THAT THEY CAN CARRY SWORDS AND MOVE AND IF SOMEONE STEALS LIKE FROM A SHOP the bots can kill that person for theft plsssss add a new item that makes players jailed arrested so if u hold that item the player comes to it follows it without the player moving if u uncarry the item the player is released u should point at the player and press 'e' to arrest em!
