Make Invis Effects Apply to Mobs

I noticed that while I had the invisiblity effect, while it did hide me from other players, it didn't do anything when I was surrounded by mobs. It would be a really neat feature and be really helpful if you added this because part of my server depends on mobs not attacking a certain player, or at least not being able to detect them.
