trying to report a player

hello, I've notice that anytime I've tried too report a hacker their always using a guest account; So when I got to report them It says that "player cannot be found" I've seen this message multiple times before I actually contacted you guys. I dont want YOUR game to go to crap so I'm just letting you know there are hackers and you really need to do something. your welcome from: Loccarah
