My sign in button isn't working.

My sign in button isn't working(for me, at least). I keep spamming the button, I don't get any screen. I don't even get a loading progress sign when I exit fullscreen. If I want to access the features with account, I need a new name, new password, and worst of all, new email. I have a lot of emails but they'll run out. I have dropped my rating from five stars to three because this is really annoying.
