Unable to transform in block hunt?

Sometimes, during the beginning of Block Hunt, I am unable to transform into a different block, and that has sometimes led to me being found due to me being unable to turn into the block I want to turn into. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but if it is, PLEASE FIX IT.
