BUG: One is able to swim in lava at least in KitPVP

If water is above the lava but there isn't any obsidian created one can go through that water into the lava pool without taking any damage and then of course swim in the lava without taking any dmg, the air runs out but one still doesn't take any damage. Also one is able to bug out of the pit at the map where there is a low ceiling and a waterfall. Also there is a lot of lag on private servers
