Pls help

Lately, my stats, playing experience, and connecting to friends online has been bad. I always appear offline to my friends, my friends appear offline always for me, and ive been lagging like hell when playing. also the message of "transport close" is appearing after 10-20 min after playing eggwars or any game. pls fix because i want to keep my account. If u cannot fix this, pls teach me to eliminate my account. Is my connection to the server erratical?
