so the idea is pretty basic the item has nbt that can run cmds and has its own settings something like {"command":"effect @p speed 3 3;give @p bottle","type":"consumable","image":"snowball"}the update should also come with ability for ; to run multiple commands for best result as we might want it do more that one singular thing
