I CAN'T SEE OTHER PLAYERS' ONLINE STATUS

I have a problem on seeing what server other players are in, the game says that they're offline, even though in fact they're online in a server. Because of this issue, it's harder to play a multiplayer gameplay. Please fix this ASAP, thank you.
