Connection Was Lost. Reason: Transport Close, Durability, Sign, & Chat Bar Glitch

Whenever I play on a server, it kicks me out of it in a certain amount of time with the words "Connection Lost. Reason: Transport Close" on it. I do not know what that means, but it's really annying since it stops me from enjoying the game. The second report is: My durability feature is broken. All of my tools and armor always show full durabilty, which means I don't know when it breaks (which is also very annoying. This is my second time asking for a bug fox for this glitch). Third report: Whenever I write something down on any type of sign, it does not show up to me or the other players. This is ALSO very annyoying. Fourth and final report: When I am typing in chat, the bar randomly closes and all of the words that I have typed so dar just dissapear. This is not very convenient, as I am of the slower typers. I do not know if the picture that I added apperas or not. Nevertheless, thank you very much, and please try to fix this ASAP!
