Random disconnects

When I am in my world, sometimes I get kicked from the server, with reasons of "transport close" or "ping timeout". When I try to rejoin, it says "could not connect to server". I reload the page and it cannot load my account, so therefore I cannot play. I try relogging in but because it can't connect to the server, I can't sign in. Shame to you guys, was planning to buy legend rank. Too unreliable. Another thing is when it does reconnect after countless relog spam and reloading the page, I had a problem where it deleted a lot of my world progress. And after like 30mins, it repeats the same "disconnect" problem. I have looked at my connection to try and work out why, and I don't know. This never used to happen. Please could you research this bug - it is very infuriating. Thanks Tyedarkness77
