make invisible chunks go away and those creepers too much. Too much mobs in general making server crash.

The Ghost chunks randomly appear killing many people and those creepers and those animals are too much for a normal server please fix so the server is fair the server is the survial anarchy server the glitches happen in loaded chuncks. thank you for reading this I will be adding more bugs and gltiches.
